Cornerstone, situated in Bishan Park, offers diners a place where they can enjoy the finest of modern American cuisine in a relaxed and casual atmosphere, nestled amidst lush greenery. We take pride in the strength and quality of both our main food and pastry menus.
Essentially, our vision is to offer a menu of fine dining quality without any of the fuss and frills involved with such establishments. Visitors from the park can stroll in after a day outdoors and enjoy the cozy ambience of the restaurant. Patrons with dogs will be glad to know that we are a pet friendly restaurant with a dedicated outdoor section complete with a water point and dog bowls provided for your canine companion.
The ample space nestled amidst tranquil greenery makes Cornerstone the perfect venue for wedding solemnizations, baby showers, birthdays, press conferences, etc. And if you prefer an exclusive evening with friends and family, a private dining room is available upon request.
Completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology at the University of Texas only helped Chef KT realize that his true calling was in the culinary arts. Armed with passion he enrolled at the famous French Culinary School, Le Cordon Bleu where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree.
Chef KT has years of experience at the helm of an array of dining establishments with varied offerings ranging from Japanese, Chinese, South East Asian and finally Modern American cuisine.
Sam Tan is the Executive Pastry Chef for Cornerstone. Armed with her years of experience at prominent dining and hospitality establishments such as the Grand Hyatt Singapore, Fairmont Singapore, Swissotel The Stamford and 1-Caramel Dessert Boutique as a Cake Artist.
Her enthusiasm and wholehearted dedication to master all areas in her culinary field has won her several gold medals at the 13th & 14th FHA Culinary Challenge in the following categories: Wedding Cake, Pastry Showpiece, Dress-the-Cake and Confectionary Buffet Composition. She was also awarded the title of most outstanding Pastry Chef in 2004.
